Where to start. The milkshake came with the entire paper of the straw inside it and a cookie just out on the straw. Didn't eat it because who knows what has touched it since the store, and the milkshake itself (cold brew) tasted like gasoline. It was disgusting. All three sandwiches came packaged poorly and soaking wet, we had to use almost 30 napkins just to clean up the mess they made. The sandwiches are mostly vegetable and sauce, including bitter olive oil and extremely runny mayo. I also ordered plain chips and they gave us two salt and vinegar. Extremely disappointed with this order and will NEVER order from this restaurant again.

The Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup and the Tuna Salad were ok, I mean they're submarine sandwiches. Most sub shops offer pretty much the same sandwich varieties. Is Potbelly that much better than its competitors? I'm not a big fan of sub sandwiches. I ordered this for the chicken pot pie soup, which is a more unique item available from Potbelly.The next night I made a grilled cheese with provolone and tomato paste on seeded rye, made it a club with an additional grilled slice of bread, Nashville hot turkey and Wagyu roast beef from CM with some Hidden Valley restaurant recipe ranch. This was far superior to any sub sandwich.
