National harbor location did an amazinggg jobbbb everything was made fresh portion sizes were great ! I would definitely recommend ordering the A Wreck® chefs kiss!!! They literally made my sandwich with love!

We were in DC last year for a conference and ordered Chicken Pot Pie Soup and it was delicious. So we are back this year for a conference, so we (my wife and I) ordered the soup again and this time it was horrible. It tasted like it was was not fresh (spoiled). Not ordering that again. The sandwiches were good, but that Chicken Pot Pie Soup was awful. Took two sips and threw the rest away.

Bacon was really burnt, chicken still cold. Soup was all broth and watered down. Not worth the price point.

The food is good, the toppings can be a bit much at times. But the customer service is not great. I was standing in the lobby waiting to pick up an order after I was notified that it was complete, and the employees were too busy playing Rock, Paper, Scissors to see that I was trying to grab their attention for my order. And every single one of them made eye contact with me.
