I've order from here several times because it's close to my work. Twice I was given a regular sized sandwhich when I ordered a "BIG". And twice I had to show up in order for my order to be worked on. Most people who order from here are at work so our orders are time sensitive due to limited lunch time. Please ensure orders accurate and ready in a timely manner and please update DoorDash status.

YURRR! Food was still HOT, at least soup was. Which is not always the case when ordering from Doordash so that was wonderful. My first time trying the chicken salad sandwich and sheesh it was GOODT ! Absolutely enjoyed it. Would recommend PotBelly as top tier sandwich joint for sure. Thank you

got an original sandwich, but looked like a skinny with how little was on it, barely even any lettuce. everything tasted average, won't order again.
