My Smoked Ham was more mayo & mustard than any other ingredients and was uneatable. Mever had this happen might just been the workers

order from here all the time bc of the bogo Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup but this time they forgot avocado and added an insane amount of onions and mustard on my sandwich which i didnt ask either also both sandwiches were over toasted

The Pot pie soup is my new comfort order. Always the same, always great. I noticed a lot of people say the sandwiches are dry, but potbelly toasts the sandwiches unlike other places so theyre gonna be drier.

BLTA has a nice smokey flavor, the Steakhouse beef was flavorful, but doused in runny dressing ( not aoli), causing the bread to be soggy.

The overall quality was so bad. It's tasty when you eat in the store . The soup was very thick and too salty.
