The sandwich was great and so was the soup but the cookies were stale and I thought they were supposed to be made fresh daily

soup was a little bland but the sandwiches are always reliable. Potbelly Whole Pickle is always the go to add on.

They always forget my potato soup topping, so minus one star, but food is delicious and prepared and delivered quickly. I love their milkshakes and potato Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup. Their cookies are fresh and chewy too.

The Skinny sandwich and half salad was made to perfection. They had the perfect amount of mayo, mustard, pickles and lettuce on my sandwich.
