"BIG" subs are overpriced for what you receive. Figured for over $20, there'd be a little more substance. Not trying to be a fatty here, but it was really disappointing. I unwrapped it, and all I could see was bread. Had to open the sub to see if there was anything there. I think that if you actually walk in and get your food, they put a little more effort into it because you're standing there watching. When you're ordering delivery, they do the bare minimum.
The soup was a 5/5.

Everything is just how I ordered it. The food tasted fresh and savory. The chicken potpie Chicken Pot Pie Soup literally tastes like youre eating pot pie. If you're a pie crust lover, get extra pie crust topping. The Skinny Sandwich + Half Skinny Sandwich + Half Salad is really filling on its own though. The salad is one of the best choices for protein. I'd add pictures, but I'm hungry. Ifkyk. Mk bye

Very disappointed by the most recent order.
1. The Farmhouse Salad was made with slimy brown lettuce, and the cucumber slices & tomatoes were frozen.
2. The cookie's bag was greasie and had streaks of food on it that obviously wasn't from my order. And the chocolate chips were melted to the bag.
The store is two miles from my house, and the order's bag was taped shut at the store and clearly not unsealed. Plus the order arrived in under 20 minutes from being placed. Meaning all the ickies are from the store, not delivery driver.
Potbelly's & I have a sordid history, and let's face it, this had been our longest running positivity streak. So I'll probably order from here again, but it might take awhile.
