this Turkey Breast sandwich is just bread, turkey and cheese. Not sure why the picture shows lettuce and tomato. you dont even have the option to add those so what even is this sandwich?

Usually sandwich is amazing but this time they sent it on the wrong kind of bread and the type of bread is very important in a sandwich

The soup was cold. The sandwich bread was burned and the avocado was brown. Not the best I've received from potbelly, normally the soup is wrapped tight with aluminum foil to keep it warm but it came very cold .

Chicken Salad sandwich was cold & too greasy. Liquid sauce was overflowing out of sandwich like milk shake. Not sure if the mayo or something else was too much. My order had "no oil" selected as an option. Also I didnt feel if they put the cheese as i couldnt taste any. Flat/thin bread was very very hard to chew. Finally, it was too much lettuce probably coz its the cheapest topping.
