The Chicken Pot Pie Soup is great (get extra topping!) and the Bag of Mini Cookies is a good deal, but the sandwiches show lettuce and tomato in the pictures, yet do not come with them and there's no way to change the toppings and they don't allow special requests. Not sure if this is a delivery only problem, but it's definitely giving false advertising and is disappointing

These folks are the best! We order a few times a week and 4-5 months ago, we would regularly have issues but they have totally redeemed themselves. Not only are our orders consistently correct, the portions of ingredients are always carefully placed and not just "thrown on in a hurry". I appreciate you PotBelly! :)
