This was a good meal when under the weather. Chicken Pot Pie Soup was delicious. Thick and creamy. Roast Beef sandwich was full of meat and cheese, and the add- ins made it taste fantastic.Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie was soft and delicious

Very small portions for the price. Mac & Cheese was good, but the Prime Rib Steak was all kinds of messed-up: wrong bread (multigrain instead of white), squished almost completely flat, and I couldn't taste any of the toppings it was supposed to come with. If this was the "big" size, I'd hate to see what the regular is like. $18 for barely a footlong of just meat and bread? No thank you.

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and had to take the top piece of bread off to look for the chicken salad. It only had about 3 or less tablespoons of chicken salad on the entire sandwich. The vegetables and beans in the vegetable soup were hard and uncooked.

Must have been an off day for Potbelly's. Received half an Italian sub with 2 pieces of meat, 2 or 3 pieces of red peppers and no caramelized onions( as ordered) for $8.89???. Very dry, cold sandwich and they forgot to send the expensive bag of chips ! Not a good lunch today. :(

Sandwich was decent, and decently filling in spite of being only 6".
Veggie soup was...disgusting? It doesn't smell or taste like something actually edible. I had to throw it all away. Don't know how they managed to mess up basic soup this badly.
