The beef on the sub was okay, kinda salty though. There really wasn't any cheese on the sub. They either put very little mayo, oil and vinegar or their stuff is just bland. I got the big and regular size . The regular size was 8 inches and the big was 10 inches. The big was smaller than what you would get at Publix yet $17..Pretty mid to be taxing like that while not getting most of the order correct.

The Italian is my go-to. Potbelly is the best, there is no comparison. Consistently good, and never skimps on toppings. We are so lucky to have this in Orlando. If you've never tried their sandwiches, do it - you won't be disappointed.

One of the best soups I've had in a while that wasn't homemade. Very flavorful and delicious!!

The mini cookies were best part of lunch. The bread they use is amazing, however there is no way to add special instructions. My sandwich had to much blue cheese and aioli and my wifes Italian came dry.no oil & Viniger or mayo. They also don't have lettuce tomato or onions on them. Wouldn't order again.

I had the roast beef. My wife had the Turkey. The quality of these sandwiches is very low. We ordered, expecting cold subs, but they all are apparently hot. Hot lettuce is absolutely disgusting.
The bread is hard and crusty to a point where it sliced the inside of my cheek.
The turkey and roast beef is the sort of meat you get at a third rate deli and is the cheapest one in the case. The roast beef had pockets of congealed fat my teeth couldn't penetrate. They forgot the cheese on mine to boot not that it'd help.
The mac and cheese was very overcooked, cheese nearly reformed into processed blocks, and left a lingering processed film in my mouth for an hour afterwards. They arrived on time at least and fresh. That's the only reason they get any stars at all.
