Very disappointed. The "Big" sandwitch was the same size as the regular. The Italian was missing the giardiniera. The sandwiches were both very bland, very little meat. The Soup tastes like canned and very overpriced for the amount you get. Shake was tasteless, small, melted, and way overpriced.

Fantastic bread. I had the multigrain and it was fresh and crusty. Very good! The Chicken pot pie soup was also tasty, full of chicken and veggies.

the wreck was overcooked or had been sitting there for a while, tasted old and super crunchy, barely any turkey on it. Requested Sauces on side, there were no Sauces at all.

The OREO® Cookie Shake was good but the Turkey Breast was not worth $11. This was my first time trying Potbelly and I will not be repeating this mistake.

I asked for bacon which costs more to add. But they put in salami instead. Very frustrating. But otherwise the Turkey and multigrain is a great sandwich.
