The wreck had 2 pieces of meat on it and the bread was burnt. Very disappointing!!

I ordered the ham sandwich but they didn’t have any. They asked what I wanted. I asked to replace it with Roast Beef but they must not have had any either. They sent a turkey. The bread was so tough. The soup was tasteless. Will not order from them again.

The food is great. However, this is the second time we've ordered and something has been wrong. The first time, they forgot a bag of chips. Not really a big deal, but calling the store was less than helpful. The second time, they sent someone else's sandwhich in place of what I ordered. Again, calling the store was less than helpful. In fact, the person I spoke to basically said it wasn't on the order--the receipt on the bag definitely said otherwise. I know people make mistakes, but the customer service from the actual store is extremely disappointing.
