My pizza melt is different every time. Overall seemed like it wasn't made to order it was not warm ,barely had any meat balls, or provolone . Basically should've just picked it up. Asked for bacon as a toppings on soup but basically made it bacon cheddar soup.

I love their soup. We had broccoli cheddar and a skinny sub, always good. Generally have no issues with Potbelly services. My daughter had to wait for my order although it was ready. They were busy and tending to walk in orders.

Mac & Cheese very over cooked. Mushy.
Italian not worth buying double meat as it just a normal portion. Chicken Pot Pie Soup however is very good!

the BLA with added onions was excellent! And even with the special instructions of extra onions on the side. You guys are Awesome! Favorite quick sammich place.
