• DoorDash orderPoor quality and overpriced. It's basically bread and lettuce for $20 plus delivery and fees. Sandwich not made per request. Only has two thin slices meat, one tiny thin sliced pickle, way too much old stale lettuce. No cheese, or mayo, which was requested. Only have it a 2 for the Mac & Cheese.

• DoorDash orderI love potbelly, but thi order today was horrible. If it wasn't for the soup being tasty would be no stars. My chicken salad sandwich was burnt.. like black burnt.. barely any chicken salad and none of the extras that I ordered.. not even mayo/ mustard.
Please get it right for the door dash customer..

• DoorDash orderI ordered the Wreck. The meat was almost non-existent. The tiniest piece of ham that only covered half the sandwich. Same with the roast beef and cheese. The bread tasted burnt. Asked for mustard and oil....both were missing. Would not recommend.

• DoorDash orderThe sandwich was small, bread tasted good, thank goodness because that's about all there was to it. One slice of meat on the top part and one on the bottom. I didnt get any flavor of horseradish actually pretty dry - the only thing I can think is that they swapped my regular sandwich for the ones they have listed as 'skinny'? One and a half pieces of sliced mushroom that I paid extra for. Ratings were good, so I had to try it. One and done
