Poor quality and overpriced. It's basically bread and lettuce for $20 plus delivery and fees. Sandwich not made per request. Only has two thin slices meat, one tiny thin sliced pickle, way too much old stale lettuce. No cheese, or mayo, which was requested. Only have it a 2 for the Mac & Cheese.

This place always gets my order right and they don't skimp on fillings. Every bite is packed. My favorite is the Mediterranean and hubby likes A Wreck®

I love potbelly, but thi order today was horrible. If it wasn't for the soup being tasty would be no stars. My chicken salad sandwich was burnt.. like black burnt.. barely any chicken salad and none of the extras that I ordered.. not even mayo/ mustard.
Please get it right for the door dash customer..

I ordered the Wreck. The meat was almost non-existent. The tiniest piece of ham that only covered half the sandwich. Same with the roast beef and cheese. The bread tasted burnt. Asked for mustard and oil....both were missing. Would not recommend.
