• DoorDash orderusually I love this place. today the Mac and Mac & Cheese was cold and clumpy like day old Mac and cheese. I ordered the loaded Loaded Baked Potato soup and it was only 2/5 full and I paid for a bowl. So disappointing.

• DoorDash reviewI loved all their food. I tried it for the first time. I had the BLTA and the loaded baked potato soup. That baked potato soup was amazing and full of flavor. Compared to McAllisters baked potato soup, which has absolutely no flavor, Potbelly's is so much better. My husband had the Italian and loved it. I didnt mind the price of the small bags of chips. Everything is expensive these days and these are gourmet chips. You get what you pay for. Our sandwiches were not dry. The flavor of their bacon was so good. I love this place and will be ordering again.

• DoorDash orderfood was pretty good but the bag of Zapp's Salt & Vinegar Chips was tiny 😭 I love that they have Potbelly Whole Pickle 🥒 . it could've been more crisp but was still tasty none the less.

• DoorDash orderI have got the broccoli and Broccoli Cheddar soup 2 days in a row from this company as well as the Turkey Breast skinny. this combo is so delicious. The soups has whole pieces of broccoli and carrots in it. They are so delicious!! I highly recommend.
