Potbelly packages your items better than anywhere else we've gotten delivery from! We have a family of 7 and I usually have to open packaging to see what's what and if two of us have the same thing I have to open the sandwich to see which has what in them. Potbelly puts a sticker on each one with the ingredients so you know exactly who gets what. a well as being an easy order to distribute the Sandwiches were excellent and the salad huge!

I've been a loyal to Arlington Highlands Potbelly's location since they opened when I was in 2008ish. I've Never had a bad sandwich there. I had the worst sandwich I've had here today in 30 years. I ordered the turkey sandwich with extra cheese, avocado and jalapeños on the side. I posted a picture of what I received.
They only gave me one half of the sandwich (i know what the regular sandwich size is I've been to this location hundreds of times), you can't even see the turkey and can barely see the cheese. Avocado is extra, which again I don't mind at all, but 1/8 of an avocado? Might as well put none at all.

Turkey Breast sandwich was made sloppily and was dripping through the paper bag it was in. Mayo tasted off. It dripped everywhere as I was eating it.
Chili came with two cups of cubed cheese (they usually put the cheese in the chili, and I didn't ask for cheese on the side.
Surprised because normally Potbelly does a great job.

Really good for my first time! Definitely a bang for your buck. I did not expect the sandwiches and salads to be as big as they were. So happy to have lunch for tomorrow!
