I always get the cup Chicken Pot Pie Soup . Today I was like you know what I'm going to spend a few more dollars to get a bowl. I recieved my soup in a cup as usual but charged me as a bowl. Maybe they shouldn't have a bowl option if the serving size is the same as a cup?

These items look huge in t The picture but when you actually get them they are super tiny. I paid $10 for a mini sub and five dollars for the small cup of chili. My five year old son could finish both and still be hungry

I just wanted to say Way to go on checking so thoroughly in about my order  and my turkey sandwich with provolone was the bomb :) and this was my very first time ordering from them so I'm hope you guys enjoy those stars

Bread was a little burned on one side and it was really light on the cheese. Aside from that, it was tasty.

I have ordered Potbelly twice and both times the only things in the sandwich are meat and cheese. And even then, the meat and cheese were skimpy. Twice in a row!
