I'd gotten the Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup (BLA and potato soup) and Dream Bar yesterday. It was so good I ordered the same again today:) I added mayo and provolone to the BLA again. Still a great combo. Today I added a Potbelly Whole Pickle and had it for a snack later. Huge and impressive!

Very poorly packaged and falling apart on arrival. Salad contained half as much as what I usually get when ordered in person - should've been a side salad at this point. Salad packaging was already opened on arrival too.

first time trying potbelly. it was all just meh. the BLTA was heavy on the L and T, very little bacon and avocado. Pizza Melt had good flavor. bread is also good overall, better than some other sandwich shops. Mac & Cheese was another meh, needed salt and looked like it was just the bottom of the pan after a long day. it wasn't the worst meal we have had, but we are turned off from ordering here again, especially with the meal + fees being upwards of $50.

I had the skinny veggie melt sandwich on skinny white bread with avocado slices, onion, provalone cheese, lettuce, mayo, artichoke hearts, Italian seasoning -AMAZING!! (I prefer it without mushrooms because they over-power it for me personally). And I finally tried their Chili. It was the best I've had in years in Austin. And the Sugar Cookie is always great! Perfect order:)
