We always enjoy Potbelly, but I get frustrated that the upcharge for avocado is more than the cost of one whole avocado and the amount of avocado on my sandwich is not even a quarter of a small avocado.

There were two sandwiches in my order, and both were wrong. They were missing every vegetable, just meat, and cheese. Totally unacceptable for what you paid in this app.

The turkey was not good, it's advertised as fresh sliced turkey breast but there were large chunks of turkey on my sandwich at least half an inch thick. I ended up picking it off because it looks over processed.

The sandwich was missing from my order. My potbelly order has been cancelled 50% of the time through door dash and now this. I don't think I'll be ordering from there again.
