Got A Wreck and a meatball sub and they were the best sandwiches I've ever had. If they're consistent with the quality of those two, I'll be ordering from this shop exclusively when I want a good sandwich!

The Coke Zero was a Diet Coke. My chips were missing. Last order my dressing was missing for my salad, from same store. No napkins.

Lack of quality control. Ordered a turkey sandwich and got a tuna one instead. This is not the first time this has occurred either.

Always enjoy a sandwich and soup from potbelly but guys when a person orders a Potbelly Whole Pickle they don't want a bunch of slices meant for a sandwich. Just cancel the pickle next time if you don't have one. Soggy mess in the bag.

It was overall good, I did ask for condiments and utensils and did not receive it. The sandwhich was also made messy.
