My soup was COLD! My sandwich was awful the turkey tasted like it had gone bad. I asked for a pickle. They didnt cut this HUGE pickle! It was the width of 2 hotdogs so yeah, im not biting into that.
Just overall bad experience. And I usually like Potbelly.

The soup had not one potato but a ton of potato skin. The sandwhich's roast beef was 50% all fat. A huge chunk of fat running through it. Bummer because this location is usually decent.

The bag did not come sealed and was missing an item. The loaded Loaded Baked Potato soup was gloopy but tasted okay. The Chicken Pot Pie Soup was ordered without pie crust crumble but came with it included anyways. The Chocolate Shake was completely missing from the order.
