My soup was COLD! My sandwich was awful the turkey tasted like it had gone bad. I asked for a pickle. They didnt cut this HUGE pickle! It was the width of 2 hotdogs so yeah, im not biting into that. Just overall bad experience. And I usually like Potbelly.
