Been eating at the Arundel Mills Potbelly for about 10 yrs and have never once had an issue...sandwiches are always perfect, staff is always SUPER friendly & helpful, and I would drive out my way for a Choco Brownie Cookie!! 5 stars all around!!

The sandwich ingredients were all soggy, even the chicken somehow. Along with that, there were only three slivers of chicken on the half salad. This was a unique experience, I usually enjoy the food.
