The sandwich had perfect portions of meat and vegetables. The soup was delicious.

never had bad experience with potbelly until today. The soup looked and smelled off, maybe it was burnt or it went bad idk. My sandwich order was wrong, I asked for marinara and meatballs taken out but they were added in.

Never fails, my new obsession.
The lettuce was crunchy and fresh, eggs had flavor in them, bacon was a nice touch, the ranch was amazing. Everything was 10/10

Don't know what happened but I received a sandwich that was just Turkey, no lettuce tomatoes cheese. Nothing!! Pickle was good and the soup was delicious!

Sandwich was really good. Could've used a little more mayo but definitely to my standards! I'm a picky eater and I'd definitely order again. As a Georgia resident the food here is really hard to choose bc it's so different but I'm glad I gave this place a try before I leave.
