There is half a piece of roast beef on the entire sandwich. Terrible quality over an hour to make a sandwich

the sandwich was delicious as always. i had never tried the chicken pot pie soup before, but i’m so glad i did. it was so good and i’ll definitely be ordering it again soon.

My fiance and I are usually pretty big fans of Potbellys but tonight we were left both dissapointed and hungry. They forgot to put in his sandwhich and when we both reached out multiple times to the store to fix the issue, nobody answered. Awesome food! Poor customer service via DoorDash.
