barely any meat on the sandwiches, even though I ordered double meat (less than half what should have been there on a normal amount), food was cold and the Mac and cheese tasted mushy. very disappointed compared to last time we ordered. Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup

what was not mixed greens was ok but there is hardly any chicken, egg, tomatoes in there. It is 95% mixed greens.

I've ordered from Potbelly's a few times, and each time, it's been great with fresh and tasty food. I always get the BLT and the chicken pot pie soup, and my toddler is in love with it, too! One thing I really appreciate is that the food doesn't diminish during transit and maintains its presentation. I definitely recommend it!

My Avo Turkey which is usually great had unripe avocados on it but all the rest of the sandwiches were excellent as always.

That Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup deal is great! I've been exploring some relatively healthier options. Potbelly's been good to me!
Oh! Be careful not to jostle the bag, you might lose a little bit of soup. Otherwise, it's great! The Italian, Wreck, and the Veggie are all excellent!
