So on the positive side the hot green sauce they provided was delicious and added a lot of flavor to the dish. Also the pinto beans were well seasoned.
However the Pollo Saltado was 90% rice and french fries. There was less than 2 oz of chicken and one piece of tomato. I picked the pollo instead of the lomo because on their door dash page it does not indicate that it has french fries (I thought it was a different style) So I was disappointed when more than half the bowl was fries and a just a minuscule amount of meat, especially for $16.

got the wrong drink, Inca cola is not for me. the fries, while ample are unsalted (why?) and the Quarter Chicken was a bit dry. the skin had a decent seasoning, but that's all. the sauces were quite good, but there's no option to add extra (why?)!!!!

Annoying...... so I ordered four cokes and received four guava juices instead? The mashed potatoes were opened and everywhere, there was one GIANT ear of corn for a family of 3-4 meal? The chicken is delicious and juicy I will say.

The food was great, proportion was filling. Seasoned well, chicken juicy and flavorful and the fired rice was good. Try them at least once.
