Didn't have black pearls when tea arrived. So I called the store and asked if they were out of stock, I was told that they do have them. Manager said they would remake the drinks and I could go pick them up. She asked what time so they could have them ready and I told her I would go now (said nothing about needing to wait for boba) Got to the store and had to wait for them to finish making boba, so apparently they didn't have it to begin with and now my meal is cold. Drinks taste great but customer service/communication needs work. *Not the first issues here*

The boba is so overcooked and in this one! I usually never have issues with presotea but this was bad. also missing toppings in the drinks
