I love PresoTea, I think this is the best boba/smoothie spot in Rancho Bernardo.

Earl grey milk tea is good not great. I've definitely had better. This is probably the worst Thai tea I've had and I think it's hard to mess up. The description of it is not accurate. Do not add boba. Their boba sucks and there's no way they're not aware of it. They're making cheap boba. The prices are absurd for what you get. Earl Grey Milk TeaThai Milk Tea

Matcha was "fishy"... per Google that means it's low quality/expired. at this point I've had matcha from multiple places and never have I had it taste fishy. ..not good.

I have ordered from prestotea a couple of times now and it has been consi delicious! I am not from the area so I am very happy to have found a spot that makes my fav Vietnamese Coffee (L)
