This pretzel maker doesnt cook the pretzels enough. Very doughy. The location at polo park is much better.

I got the promo Buy 1 get 1 pretzel promo. Happy to have had the discount but the pretzel was hard, cold and bland. Its as if it was made a day or a few days before..

Pretzelmaker Box of Bites is a great get for a group, we ordered it for the Super Bowl. The Mrs. Field's Cookie Nibblers came completely dried out and inedible though.
