This Primo location is excellent in the quality of their food. Other locations are NOT reliable in food quality.

The rolls used to be so good. Not anymore. The past several times I ordered hoagies with the seeded rolls and they continue to send me rolls without seeds. These rolls are stale and usually all smashed up. Please give the customer what they ask for or take the seeded roll off the doordash menu.

Could have saved myself some money and ordered & picked it up myself. This is the 3rd order where food was forgotten and we had to go get the missing sandwiches. I didn't leave a bad review the previous two times but it feels like this should be addressed.
I have never had a problem with the food. But the delivery process seems to be an issue. It feels like a quick check of the orders before they leave would alleviate these issues.
