Im 125 lbs and struggle with my protein intake and overburn my BMI. When I burn out bad with no time to cook i usually do fit eats, but their portions are so small. Today I tried Protein House did the large LR Steak Burrito and a shake and it took forever, pack your patience, but it was fabulous. I was able to take in about 1500 cal, 132g protein, 90 carbs and 68g fat and I already feel so much better and have half left. You can be cheap and go to other places and get something easy but if your goal is to eat clean, spend the money if you don't have the time. The burrito steak was so good and ithink it had 6 or 7 egg whites avocado and cheese and BTW THATS IT none of that fake flavor sugar seasoning, it's just like meal prep you do yourself. It's actual food. Good job business. Also hard to find, it's inside of crunch fitness by Arden mall.

The burger looks nothing like the image. Instead of a burger, it's a really sad patty in some hawaiian bread-sized buns. I also changed my order - gave me some wings and some sort of mozzarella instead of the air fries.
Anti-Inflammatory was mid. Just go to vibe health bar, ben's, pressed, or raw for something cheaper and tastier.

Some places serve meals, but this restaurant? It crafts an experience—one of nourishment, indulgence, and care. Before I even placed my order, I felt understood. They list the grams of fat, carbs, and calories, sparing me the ritual of searching for balance. Here, health is not an afterthought—it’s woven into every bite, every sip, every detail.
The Mediterranean wrap arrived like a gift, bursting with vibrant flavors, wrapped in warmth, and accompanied by fresh fruit—a touch so thoughtful, it felt almost poetic. And the build-your-own smoothie? A symphony of choice, blending nature’s sweetness into a drink as refreshing as a morning breeze.
This isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a love letter to mindful eating. A place where cravings and well-being walk hand in hand, where every bite feels like it was made just for me. I’ll return not out of hunger, but out of devotion.

This is the "side" of cottage cheese that I paid $1.80 extra for and the one slice of tomato that I paid $1.80 more for in addition to the already $18 burger which only came with 2 small pieces of mushrooms. Did not taste very good, terribly overpriced.

So glad we finally have a place like this in Sacramento! The apple butter shake was amazing, and so were the protein pancakes, I've never had protein pancakes that actually tasted this good. Definitely recommend this place if you're in the area.
