I ordered a loaf of bread and a cookie. Instead of subbing or contacting me when the bread was out of stock, they refunded it and only the cookie was delivered. I would have taken literally any loaf of bread (and paid the difference) had they just asked?
I love all things Publican but this was pretty awful customer service

Amazing bakery when they accept your order - 50% of the time when I submit an order PQB cancels (even though they show as "taking orders" on the app). They need to improve their delivery / takeout strategy or stop using the app all together. Would give 5 stars for quality and 0 stars for customer service /operations.
