The Half Chicken Dinner was super fresh & delicious! Everything was well-seasoned! The chicken was so tender & juicy and the buttery mashed potatoes & creamy red beans were the perfect complement for the meal! The gumbo portion was generous & liked, but it contained a bit more salt than usual.

Pyburn's Special Oxtails Dinner was tough. I ordered greens and cabbage I received greens and yams. I do not eat yams. the oxtails are so tough. I am disappointed because when I usually order the oxtail plate the oxtails be tender and fresh. they was not fresh and they was very tough.

The vegetables had absolutely no flavor not even salt and the green beans were old and mushy so was the cornbread. The rice was undercooked. The only plus was the turkey necks my son ordered. I've been shopping at pyburns for over 20 years and expected much better but was very disappointed.

I have never ordered from Pyburns in the past. I ordered an Oxtail dinner and a Turkey Neck dinner. They were both delicious. The food was well-seasoned and the quantity was good. The delivery was FAST! I would definitely recommend Pyburn's.
