Pyburns does it again! The wings, boudin balls, and Corn Bread were a big hit with our birthday party guests! Everything was perfectly seasoned and they included a generous amount of crackers and other condiments. They're my new go to for any occasion!

Fried Fish was good but I did not like the spaghetti or the chocolate cake. The portions were decent. The spaghetti is not like southern style spaghetti. Too much tomato sauce and spaghetti noodles are too fat. I would order the fish and yams again. Dirty rice was a'ight but not made the way I am accustomed to from Opelousas Louisiana.

The Chicken Wings were a big hit at Christmas! They're huge and expertly seasoned and fried. The price was way more reasonable than similar options from other places!

Pyburn's Special Oxtails Dinner was tough. I ordered greens and cabbage I received greens and yams. I do not eat yams. the oxtails are so tough. I am disappointed because when I usually order the oxtail plate the oxtails be tender and fresh. they was not fresh and they was very tough.
