Corn in a Cup is the first I've found in Colorado that compares to the Elotes I crave from living in Chicago... trust me, I've looked... and looked!!! It almost had me in tears of joy, the first time I gave it a try.

Carne asada taco was just straight up not that good. Meat was dry, and so was the lime, which was so confusing. Onion and cilantro was not fresh... it appeared cooked? The green sauce was very tasty. Delicious Aguas Frescas. But if I am thinking of getting tacos again, I will not be getting them here.
