My Citrus Lime Chicken Salad was perfect. Always great food and great service at this location.

The chips to my 3-Cheese Queso & Chips were spilled inside of the carryout bag. The restaurant did not use the adhesive liner to seal the carryout bag. 😡 Rice in Create Your Own Bowl was not fresh, some pieces were hard.

The bowl was only one-third filled. $15 charged for a $5 value.
There were like 2 small chunks of chicken for protein.

I'm 26. I've eaten a lot of Qdoba in my life. It was my high school boyfriend's place of employment and the only Chipotle-style restaurant that existed in my small town.
Today, I ate the worst Qdoba I've ever had. It was so bad that I dont know if I will ever eat it again. Undercooked beans, undercooked rice, almost none of the fresh ingredients I specified, loaded with the cheapest and worst-prepared parts (again: beans, rice, but also sooooooo much sauce it was leaking) of the Create Your Own Burrito. So glad I ordered Side of Queso Diablo so I could eat chips and queso instead because this burrito was literally inedible.
Wish I wasn't so offended but I actually am. I'll be eating Chipotle instead from now on!

I had the create your own bowl. Normally my position when partaking of your own creation if it lacks something its your own fault. This time I would have to make an exception. All the veggies for the bowl were undercooked to the point of being underdone. There wasn't a hint of seasoning in the entire bowl. I can not say anything positive out of the experience.
