The steak on the Create Your Own Burrito was chewy and not edible. There was no queso on the burrito as requested.

Usually the food here is excellent. But my recent order of 3-cheese nachos were horrible. Instead of their freshly made tortilla chips, I got store bought/grocery store chips that were bland and hard. I couldn't even finish them. Very disappointed in the lack of quality.
