Ordered a 20oz coke with my meal and they were out of the bottles, so they sent me a large fountain coke and a cookie with an apology note. They totally didn't have to but I love gestures like that. Makes a huge difference! Thank you!

My Create Your Own 3-Cheese Nachos was cold, barely had any meat, and no gauc. The bag of chips wasn't taped close either. My Fountain Drink didn't have the tamper seal on it, the Create Your Own Bowl also didn't have gauc.
