48 minute wait and did not tell me they were out of beans and just made my order without it. Workers on the line, including the GM, were very rude

Always tastes good, but please cut the veggies smaller so I'm not eating the entire side of a pepper. Also, my bowl had an enormous solid clump of rice that would not separate.
