I'll give it 4 stars because the guacamole was damaged, I couldn't eat it. but everything else was super delicious, the rice, the chicken, delicious.

I order two Create Your Own Bowls, they had maybe a half a scoop of rice. What I get when I order in store, compared to what I received with this order is pales in comparison. I'm pre sure I received the portion for a mini bowl as opposed to the full size bowl that I ordered.

Barely any chicken in the burrito. Overstuffed with rice. Forgot my queso diablo and the chips taste stale. Highly disappointed with this meal. The best part of the order was my driver Devante. He was great!
