The Pollo á la Brasa / Rotisserie Chicken was so juicy and tender! Fell right off the bone.
Tallarines Verdes y Pollo / Green Spaghetti Al Pesto Served with Chicken was the perfect light pasta dish I was craving.

Definitely not peruvian pollo brasa... the Chicken was dry and it taste like regular roasted chicken (if you know what I meant) and the rice has not salt .
