I tried the mozzarella sticks and buffalo bone-in wings from this food truck and wow—absolutely delicious! The cheese pull on the mozzarella sticks was perfect, and the wings were phenomenal—crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat. The only thing that let me down was the dipping sauces. I was hoping for homemade ranch and marinara, but instead got Ken’s ranch packets and pre-packaged marinara. Still, the food itself was on point, and I’ll definitely be back!

This was my 1st order & I waspleas surprised with how fresh & flavorful the food was. Catfish here in NC, is not my fave but the filets were flaky and seasoned perfectly. The wings were cooked to perfection. I will def order from here again.

presentation was great, but the burger tasted like a frozen patty that was hated up. the catfish and the Philly cheese Cheese Steak Sub didn't have much flavor to either. it's almost as if someone forgot to use the basic spices like salt and pepper.
