#93 Chicken with 93. Chicken with String Beans, beans are crispy have a nice snap when you bite into them. Chicken is very flavorful

Order (3 items) took over an hour to cook. (Monday night at 530pm. Food was picked up by dasher at 645pm). After waiting 50min, I called the restaurant to confirm they received the order, which they said they couldn't locate the food or even find on their computer (even though I got the confirmation from Door Dash that the restaurant confirmed the order) I asked to stay on the phone but the worker hung up on me. I called a second time to continue the conversation and she proceeded to yell at me that she can't help me and hang up. Terrible customer service.
Other than that, food quality:
164. Chicken Fried Rice - good flavor, good amount of chicken but super oily.
28. Hot and Sour Soup - I didn't try it but boyfriend said it was good and comparable to other Chinese restaurants.
105. Szechuan Style Dried Cooked String Beans - tasty! But way too oily.
Due to poor customer service alone, will not be buying from this restaurant again.
