ESPRESSO
Espresso drinks are made with our own house-roasted Quince espresso from Colombia. Espresso is a dark-roasted, concentrated coffee bean that is finely ground and "pressed" through a small sieve with a small amount of extremely hot filtered water.
COFFEE
Coffee drinks are made with our medium house-roasted Fiona coffee from Brazil. Coffee beans are usually roasted at light, medium, or dark levels and ground medium-fine. The coffee is typically placed in a filter and hot water is slowly poured over it to create a balance of coffee and water. There are many ways to "brew" coffee including a standard drip, pour-over, and even cold brew where coffee is soaked in cold water for several hours.
TEA & SPECIALTY BEVERAGES
We carry a variety of non-coffee based drinks including a large tea menu and coffee alternatives. These can be made iced or hot, sweet or not and include both caffeinated and non-caffeinated options. Sip away!
