waste of money for $40, coming from a Mainer, the lobster roll is the smallest I've ever seen. just by the taste of the lobster, I can tell it's frozen store bought. as well as no flavor, plz don't judge lobster from this place. the only positive is the new England style bun Classic Lobster Roll

Soup was great! But roll was soppy and small. The lobster kept falling off and wouldn't fit in roll. Lobster itself was nice

Very disappointed, they must have switched my order, the Lobster Grilled Cheese had ZERO lobster on it. I had it before and it was super yummy. After I've got home, it was too late to give it back and complain, I wish the staff were more assertive.
