The Rose Dew Soya Chicken 玫瑰豉油雞 was delicate and delicious as usual. The Fresh Clams steamed in Sake Broth 清酒浸大蜆 didn't look nor taste the same as what I ordered many times before. The sake broth was not clear. It was oily, cloudy like meat broth. I also found noodle in my broth. That's odd. The broth was still tasty and the clams were fresh but definitely not Fresh Clams steamed in Sake Broth 清酒浸大蜆 how I wanted/expected, the clean sake broth.

I've had the scallion-ginger crab many times before, can even make it myself when I can score a fresh crab. However, was a bit disappointed that there was NO yummy sauce today, kind of felt a bit stingy. Otherwise, it tasted fine but you'd think that for $75 they'd give the dish the simple sauce it ought to have.

Food was good as usual but minus one star because our full Roast Duck 掛爐燒鴨 seemed just little bit more than what I would expect half duck would be. Hard to trust whether you'll get a full duck via DoorDash since you can't see them cutting it up whole.
