if I knew that "Ra" was a Benihana product, I would not have purchased it. the ramen is doughy, no protein, the broth was not good too salty and fishy. Thee sushi was fishy... not the good kind. The california roll was the only salvageable roll. that says a lot. Definitely not a good $117 dinner.

The ramen was a disappointment, especially after going to actual RA Sushi locations in other cities. This one is just Benihana posing as a higher-end sushi brand

This is just Benihana pretending to be a sushi restaurant. The fish was a tiny portion and poorly cut, and worse off, the rice was hot when they put the fish on it, so it was warm sushi. I wouldn't pay for this from a gas station, yet alone a place like Benihana. Oh yeah, and they over charged me and just kept the money (see receipt)
