Not sure why the mgr says order water and put in the not you want chewy ice. This is not a dash problem this is the store location. I contacted mgr said to do this and then said it's not aLoud. Nave to Oder items menus What is the problem to add cups ice

My case of Dasani Water 24 Pack 16.9 oz was leaking, I didn't receive my Salted Soft Pretzel, I only received one of my Electrolit Strawberry Kiwi 21 oz drinks, and I didn't receive the Doritos Sweet & Tangy BBQ 2.75 oz. My children were very upset that we didn't receive everything we ordered. My dasher had no information or details to give me as far as why I did not receive those items. I was very unsatisfied.

 I have cleared it with the manager and cleared it with multiple clerks that know me very well that I come in there and get ice all the time for the nighttime person that wants to close her doors early is nasty and rude and said that the DoorDash person has to get it on their own she will not fill the order which is her job to have it ready when they get there please add the the ice assed to menu
