Delicious! We order all the time :) one of the only places on DoorDash that gets it right every time besides one time they sent us baklava instead of rice pudding but we got an easy refund. I highly recommend Rachel's!!

Been getting rice bowls and pita chips from Rachel's for years. Always was a loyal customer, but after today, I don't think I will be ordering ever again.
Not only has the quality gone down an insane amount and the bowls are now half as deep, but they're also no longer offering many toppings/options they've always had (pickles, pepperoncinis, white rice, etc). Additionally, the pita chips are just not good at all anymore and ours were so overcooked, they basically just tasted like burnt oil.
I'm disappointed that as Rachel's has gotten more popular with more locations, they seem to not really care about their customers or quality anymore. For the price and quality you get now, you're better off getting a nice meal somewhere else.

This time the rice Rachel's Rice Bowl with falafel had a very bad taste. Ive had enough falaf rice bowls from rachels to know if it tastes right and this one just did not. I stopped eating it as soon as I realized the flavor difference. So I'm disappointed that I wasted that money.

I only ordered 2 toppings, peppers and onions, and they only added onions. The amount of food I got was about half of what I get when I go in person and even then it's small. I'm extremely disappointed and will not order from here again. Gave one extra star because at least the food tasted good.
