I only got one bouquet out of two. They were rude to my dasher who tried to tell them. They said they would call me bak and never did. The epitome of bad customer service

it's a very nice bouquet of roses unfortunately the custom card that would have the words I chose on it, but instead what was written on the custom card said " Thinking of you at this difficult time" and to top it off they didn't even send me the color of roses that I had ordered.understandably they are very busy on Valentine's Day but they should stay on top of what's available on the site.
